"Apart from the double billing between my primary and secondary insurances I addressed, this location has been very helpful with the numerous medications I take on a monthly basis. Props to Rosco and his team for taking the time to get to know me as a patient as developing a professional relationship with my pharmacy team was something that I was concerned about when first moving to Minneapolis. I am on a first name basis with most of the staff and appreciate their efforts and punctuality when filling my prescription(s)."

"Have been going here for years now even though there is a much, much closer Walgreens. Why? They're always on top of my refills, and they're always ready when they say they'll be ready. The staff is amazing, on top of everything, and generally the most helpful, nice people you could ever hope to deal with."

"Words really cannot do this place justice. I have been using this Walgreens location for years. Everyone who works here is kind, considerate and the customer service is amazing! I would rate it 10 stars if possible.When I moved out of Minneapolis, I tried to work with a local Walgreens but had no success. Got placed on hold for long times, the pharmacist could get my prescription right and I never received an answer to my questions.I reached out to Walgreens at Allina and they were able to get everything done and completed on the first call. Amazing customer service!!Thank you to all the staff there who really know how to treat customers and perform at such a high level!"

"I've been using the Walgreens Pharmacy in Uptown (above B-Dubs, Darbar, Game Stop & T-Mobile) for about 8 years now and can honestly say they have the best team and kindest customer service I have ever come across. They are so caring and courteous that I feel like I'm getting special treatment but that's how they are with everyone. They check in with me and even send my prescription refills to me at work (no charge) so I can sign for them and they don't get stolen from my apartment building. If you want some awesome service for a change, stop in and see them. They've done wonders for my well being and my wallet!"
