Dining in Disney World can certainly be done on a whim. And we do love to grab a new treat when we see one!

However, when we have a full day planned, we like to have the best eats in mind before we get to a Walt Disney World theme park. After all, it’s important to spend our dining budget on the best Disney food. That’s why we researched all the food that EPCOT restaurants have to offer so that you aren’t led astray!

Whether you are in need of a snack or meal, we’ve narrowed down everything you need to eat in EPCOT during your 2023 vacation!

Snacks

Caramel Butter Bar

Can you really pass up Karamell-Kuche? I didn’t think so! This shop in EPCOT’s Germany is the place for sampling Werther’s Original Caramel desserts like caramel corn, caramel apples, caramel cupcakes, and more.

And the rich Caramel Butter Bar tends to get rave reviews.

That gooey caramel and buttery shortbread is delish, friends!

Liege Waffle

This dining stop is convenient, especially when entering or exiting EPCOT! Connections Cafe and Eatery located in World Celebration is home to two waffle options.

At Connections Cafe, the Liege Waffle is made with a brioche dough with pearl and powdered sugar. It tastes like a breakfast Danish!

For a more decadent snack, head over to Connections Eatery. Here, you’ll find a Liege Waffle that features Brioche Dough with Pearl Sugar, Strawberries, Whipped Cream, and Chocolate Sauce.

Watch for seasonal waffles as well!

School Bread

Are you a coconut fan? If so, we’ve got a snack for you! Norway’s Kringla Bakeri Og Kafe fills their bakery case with an assortment of delicious Norwegian treats. But it’s no secret that DFB recommends the cream-filled School Bread.

An iconic dessert, the School Bread is a Sweet Roll filled with a thick, creamy vanilla cream and dipped in Coconut.Give it at try!

Seasonal Poutine

Just outside the Canada pavilion, Refreshment Port showcases Poutine. Made with French fries, gravy, and cheese curds — what more can you ask for?!

Specialty poutine is usually featured during the EPCOT festivals. If it’s holiday time, order the signature Turkey Poutine, which is a plate of French fries with turkey gravy, cranberry relish, and crispy onions!

Poutine? Good. EPCOT’s Braised Beef Poutine with Boursin Garlic Cheese? EPIC.

Turtle Brownie

Sunshine Seasons in The Land Pavilion is known for offering a variety of savory and sweet items. Before or after Soarin’, we like to stop for one of our favorite treats — the turtle brownie.

It’s a dense, chocolatey brownie boasting a THICK layer of caramel! And it’s topped even further with chocolate frosting and all sorts of crunchy goodies like chocolate chips and pecans.

Festival Booths

EPCOT has become a year-round host to festivals. Best of all, these events feature food booths with a variety of bites and sips.

Grab a Festival Passport when you enter EPCOT, then choose at least one booth item to sample.

A walk-up window in EPCOT’s United Kingdom, Yorkshire County Fish Shop serves up their specialty, of course — fish and chips (fries!).

They’re some of the best fast-food fries in Disney World. You’ll get a big piece of fish that’s very crispy and overall delicious. Yes, it’s an EPCOT staple!

Taco Trio – La Cantina de San Angel

La Cantina de San Angel is Mexico’s Quick Service Location, serving up fan favorites such as tacos, empanadas, and of course, margaritas! The Taco Trio is great for the indecisive members of your family because the Trio gives you one of each of La Cantina’s tacos: barbacoa, fish, and chicken! Plus a generous side of rice and black beans.

This dish is executed with great flavor and fresh ingredients!

Croque Monsieur – Les Halles Boulangerie & Patisserie

Les Halles Boulangerie & Patisserie is a counter service restaurant located toward the back of the France pavilion. You’ll need to veer off World Showcase’s main walkway to find it!

The Croque Monsieur sandwich is made with Toasted Ham and Cheese. Did you know that you can have any sandwich heated up here? This is one sandwich you want to eat warm!

This French ham and cheese sandwich is made with a bechamel sauce and extra toasted Gruyere cheese on top. This is one of our favorite items at Les Halles and it’s not only delicious, it’s filling, too!

Loaded Burnt Ends Fries – Regal Eagle Smokehouse

Regal Eagle Smokehouse is located in the American Adventure pavilion. Get ready to drool over these amazing Loaded Burnt Ends Fries.

The Seasoned French Fries are served with Burnt Ends, Macaroni & Cheese, and Beer-battered Onion Rings. There’s a LOT of mac ‘n cheese and brisket piled on top of the fries, so this could easily be lunch for one or a hearty snack to share.

Breakfast – Garden Grill Restaurant

At EPCOT,breakfast at Garden Grill in The Land Pavilion is a great option!

Breakfast here is served family-style with the Chip ‘n’ Dale Harvest Feast (like lunch and dinner). The breakfast feast includes a Cinnamon Breakfast Loaf, Smoked Bacon, Fruit, Eggs, Mickey-shaped Waffles, and more.

Pizza – Via Napoli Ristorante e Pizzeria

There’s one spot that seems to be the undisputed KING of pizza and an overall popular destination in Disney World — Via Napoli Ristorante e Pizzeria in EPCOT.

The crust of the pizza overall is perfectly crunchy but still has a good chew to it (as a good pizza should have), and you can tell with the taste that the cheeses are high quality. You can order a very large pizza to share making this a great stop for larger groups.

Le Cellier Filet Mignon – Le Cellier Steakhouse

Le Cellier Steakhouse is a lovely spot tucked in a cozy wine cellar in the Canada pavilion. This signature restaurant is known for poutine, Canadian Cheddar Cheese Soup, and Filet Mignon.

The Filet Mignon is a AAA Canadian Tenderloin served with Mushroom Risotto, Asparagus-Tomato Relish, and Truffle-Butter Sauce.

If you love steak, this is one of the BEST steakhouses at Walt Disney World.

Steak Frites – Space 220

Located next to Mission: SPACE, Space 220 is currently one of the hardest reservations to grab in Disney World. This signature dining spot takes guests into space where they dine in the Centauri Space Station. Here you can look out into space while enjoying your meal. You’ll even get to watch spaceships and astronauts float by!

The Steak Frites are cooked in a Coffee Space Rub Flat Iron and served with Chimichurri sauce on top.

If you’re a steak fan, we highly recommend this entree.
