Also, The intention of the Video Interview is to check the following: -

1) Describe a situation where you choose F2F even though you had an option of email and conveying the message through email was faster.
2) Describe a time when someone else put pressure on you. How did you handle the pressure, and how did it impact the outcome of the situation?
