I found this gem by chance. Had stop by for a haircut in the same center and needed a quick mani. Walked in and found the staff friendly and helpful. My nail technician Tran was efficient and meticulous in her work. I was in/out within 40 minutes ... perfect! Complementary water, sodas, coffee, and tea offered. Plenty of parking. They also offer waxing services. This is now my go to nail salon!

It's hard to communicate and convey what you are looking for. Fid not like the way the technicians carried on talking with each other loudly during the manicure, maybe be more focused on your customers and consider providing and more relaxing environment.

Just read a review about the salon using old polish - had the same experience. Had to go back within a week. My tech - a guy - didn't want to do a re-do, made me pay for a whole new manicure - said it was my nails that made it crack. I started going to Amazing Nails, also in Centreville, and much happier - better service, they pay attention to you and my manicure lasts !
